COVID VACCINATION

Whitley House Surgery are now running Covid vaccination clinics for 2nd vaccinations. Patients will be invited according to the Government guidelines.

Anyone wishing to book their first vaccination should check eligibility and availability at https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/book-coronavirus-vaccination/

  • Please provide us with an up to date mobile number so that you can easily be contacted
  • In the meantime, please continue to abide by all the social distancing and hand hygiene guidance, which will still save lives.
  •  YOU WILL NOT BE ASKED FOR FINANCIAL DETAILS FOR THIS VACCINATION


    CCG Shutdown Training Dates

The Surgery will be closed for CCG training from 12.00 to 18.30 on the following dates. Please call 111 for routine enquires or 999 for emergencies.

The following travel vaccinations are usually available free on the NHS

- diptheria, polio and tetnus (combinded booster)

- typhoid
