Surgery Times
The surgery is open between 8.00am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
Every Saturday we open from 8.00 - 11.00am and on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7.00am. All appointments for these times must be pre-booked.
The list below is a guide to your doctor's availability for consultation. (There are times during the week when the doctor is not available for routine consultation due to other work commitments.)

Emergencies - At Night And At Weekends
Primecare Service provides out-of-hours care from 6.30pm through to 8.00am each weekday, and throughout the day and night at weekends and Bank Holidays. This service can be obtained using the surgery
telephone number (01245) 347539 or ringing direct on 0844 7360 276.
24-hour help and advice is available from NHS Direct 0845 46 47.
Hearing Disabilities
Our surgery reception is fitted with an induction hearing loop. Please switch your hearing aid to the ‘T’ position and advise reception. Help with booking appointments over the telephone is available from RAD (Royal Association for the Deaf). Please advise reception if you wish to use this facility.
