How Do I....
Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

We require two working days to process repeat prescriptions. Please remember to make allowances for weekends and public holidays. Repeat prescriptions for regular medication must be requested in writing, preferably by using the tear-off slip attached to the computer-prepared prescription. Please mark clearly with a tick against each item required.

You can post in your repeat prescription request to us, and if you enclose an SAE we will return it to you once prepared. You can also order directly by completing the form below, but you must register for this. Our receptionists can advise.

Medication Review

Your doctor will wish to review your treatment periodically and ask you to attend the surgery when this is necessary. A message: 'Review is due on...................', together with the date, is shown on the right hand side of your prescription, underneath your list of medications to remind you to make this appointment with your doctor or practice nurse.
