CCG closure Thursday 13th September 2018

The Surgery will be closed from 12.00 for training purposes. There will be no medical staff available. Please call 111 for medical advice and 999 for any medical emergencies.

Please note the doors will be locked from 12.00, please make alternative arrangements to collect prescriptions before we close on that day.

We are holding a coffee morning in aid of MacMillan Cancer Support and the Farleigh Hospice at the Surgery. Please come and join us for coffee, tea and cake.

If you are in your seventies speak to Reception about the shingles vaccine.

Important:

Free Travel Vaccinations

The following travel vaccinations are usually available free on the NHS

- diptheria, polio and tetnus (combinded booster)

- typhoid

-hepatitis A

These vaccinations will only be administered when you bring written proof from your travel health information provider that you need these for your trip(s). Please also bring any records of previous travel vaccinations.

You must make the initial appointment 6-8 weeks before you travel.
